Every year providers and facilities re-negotiate their contracts with insurance carriers and sometimes that can lead to them no longer being in-network. To ensure that there is no major network changes to your health insurance, it is always important to stay up to date on any of these potential network changes.
Current Contract Negotiations
Contracting Negotiations with OHSU
United Healthcare is currently in contract negotiations with OHSU, if the contract does not get renewed, then OHSU will no longer be in-network with UHC as of 04/01/2025. To keep up to date on the final decision, please refer to OHSU website for any news.
Contracting Negotiations with Slocum
Regence is currently in contract negotiations with Slocum, if the contract does not get renewed, then Slocum will no longer be in-network with Regence as of 04/01/2025. To keep up to date on the final decision, please refer to Slocum website for any news.
General open enrollment
We’re currently in the General Open Enrollment Period for Medicare, which runs from January 1st to March 31st. During this time, you can make changes to your Medicare coverage, switch from Original Medicare to a Medicare Advantage plan, or switch your Medicare Advantage plan. This period is available for anyone eligible for Medicare who wants to update their coverage for the upcoming year.
